Monthly auction A257

Our September Monthly auctions A256-A257 will be held on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th of September at Tehtaankatu 36, Helsinki, at 1pm onwards. 

Due to the Covid-19 -situation we recommed you to participate in the auction through the LIVE-link. 

The EU Directives of e-commerce and distance sale will not be applicable, as the auction lots may be examined in person in the viewing at Tehtaankatu premises.

at Tehtaankatu 27 HelsinkiAccording to the current regulations, we restrict the visitors in the premises to 10 persons at a time.  

September 8th - 13th, weekdays 11am - 7pm and weekend 11am - 5pm.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Condition reports as well as additional image requests shall be submitted the day before
the auction at latest, by telephone +358 (0) 9 6877 990 or by e-mail hagelstam@hagelstam.fi.



PRE-BIDDING AND BIDDING THROUGH TELEPHONE

Absentee bids can be submitted until noon on our website.
The LIVE auction starts at 1pm.

Telephone bids shall be submitted latest the day before the auction through telephone +358 (0) 96877 990 or hagelstam@hagelstam.fi. Minimum participation fee through telephone bid is 200 €.

PAYMENT

The invoice is sent by e-mail within 24h from the auction. Please bring a receipt in case the payment has been made within 24h. We are urging you to pay the invoice prior to collecting; via wire transfer or through our Svea / Maksuturva application.  

Kindly notice that we do not accept cash.

COLLECTING

at Tehtaankatu 27, Helsinki. During the auctions and September 16th-17th at 11 am - 5 pm, September 18th at b11 am - 3 pm and September 20th at 11 am - 5 pm. Please contact us in advance if you are collecting several items and/or items with time-consuming packaging. You can also request about the possibility to ship items.

After Tuesday collecting only according to a contract. 
After the collecting period, the storage fee is  5€/lot/week day (large lots 10 €/lot/week day)

Please note, that the possible transport will take place completely at the buyer's risk and expense.

TIPS:

- Leave a bid without decimals. E.g. an offer of 1200 euros, kindly mark it as 1200
- To leave a higher bid on your existing bid, use the same bidding field
- Maximum bids shall also be left in the same field. NB! The system raises the maximum bid levelwise
- you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your bid, as well if it has been outraised.
- you can follow your online bids on My Hagelstam.
- ALL bids are binding, they cannot be invalidated.
- The Buyer's Premium is in total 22,30 % on the final Hammer price. 
- Lots marked with a *, incl. Droit de Suite, kindly add a total of 27,82 % on the Hammer price
